50% deposit is due to confirm order. The other 50% is due 2 weeks before pick up day.
If cancelling 14 days before the pick-up date, we will refund 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling under 14 days before the pick-up date, we will refund 50% of the payment.
No refunds or cancellations are available within 5 days of the pick-up date.
No returns, exchanges nor refunds once cake is received.
If your order is within 2 weeks, a full payment is required. Failure of payment means your order will not be fulfilled.
All inquires have 48 hrs to confirm and send full payment/deposit. If not, the order will be terminated.
Our cake prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
Please be aware that our products may contain common allergens, such as nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.
Square is the only form of payment.
Julie Vanessa Cake Boutique is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues caused by consuming our products.
Once the cake is delivered or picked up, it is the responsibility of the customer to handle and store it appropriately.
While we accommodate customizations to the best of our ability, certain intricate designs or requests may not be possible.
Customers are given a 30 minutes pick up window. Any customer who misses the pick up window can try to set-up a new pick up time, but it will depend of our availability. If we cannot find a new convenient pick up time, the order is no longer our responsibility or liability.
